It’s March 28th and I woke up to frozen water pipes. I really need to find a new place to live. Here’s what is so funny. Japan is a very small island. The whole area of Japan is smaller than the state is Texas (which is pretty big) but the temperatures range from freezing to areas where people are going to the beach in swimsuits such as Okinawa. There’s as many weather conditions here as there are are dialects.

I woke a bit early this morning and was sitting at my computer doing some programming stuff when I began to feel my house moving.
It only lasted for 3 to 4 seconds and was probably only a 2 to 3 on the Rector (at least for my specific location) but after the Tsunami threats yesterday, I couldn’t help but feel a wee bit anxious.
